If you're searching the Asda website it's in the Italian section -  At Asda, you're lucky it is not listed in pasta sauces !Cheers Wizz, That's two cheapies from Asda in so many days. Regretably, Asda is a long way off from here, so any saving to be had by me, is totally obliterated by the cost of Petrol !

I remember, many years ago, finding a decent Californian Pinot Noir in Asda incorrectly priced/reduced to £3.49. Can’t recall the name right now but I’m sure it will come back to me later. It’s the only time I've ever opened a bottle in the car park to sample the contents. I went straight back in and bought the last eight bottles. |

Their wines are largely decent for the price and their offers appear to be genuine savings. The Vinalba Malbec Syrah for £4.98 felt like shoplifting, I think it's back to full price now. I've ditched Tesco - can't claim to be entirely responsible for their decline in like for like sales over the last quarter, but fed up of having my intelligence insulted by half price offers. |
