Gros Manseng / SB. The only GM that I've tried before was a Vic Bilh, with which I could not get on. This is nice as are many Cotes de G these days. Several tastes and textures, including a pleasant drop of oil, bit of veg, some stone-fuit and the SB holds it's own. Not that jagged Bx SB either. This might be one to try to fool "knowledgeable" friends. Anyone who can ID this deserves a medal. |
