Change of style for VM here. The 14% alc and the dark red have been replaced by 13% and a pretty pale salmon pink. Malbec - Chardonnay ( unoaked ) - Riesling - SB 4.3g sugar. Medium bodied, sweet fruit but a bone dry finish. Elegant and pleasant but Sancerre and a good Provence are a class apart albeit at higher prices. |
