Sorry about Monty reserve '09 I was hoping to save a few bob on a half decent one. As I say, the '07 was dimensional and not cloying in my book.

I enjoy a reasonable budget wine on a bargain, but this chilean SB and one from Big T was a Monkey Bay clone, and for just £3.49
for crying-out-loud, dont buy it for £1.99. Makes your mouth dry from the atringency 
and a potential sore head in the sun, if you dont take it with a pint of water afterwards.
I was offered glass at someone's house recently - I held my tonge in good humour, it was difficult to take - drinking witch hazel springs to mind.
