As good as any in this price range. However, I have discovered a "new".tasting technique...This was OK, no probs, as expected. Then it "went the wrong way". Coughed, spluttered and it came down the nose. Wow, nuts, biscuits, butter, marzipan, a huge sensory delight. Good value. |

Job for Ba - Google and see the word the Chilean folk use. For France though, the Saumurs and Cremants are known as, Les Effervescents. With the very long and warm & dry Autumn 2009 in the Loire - I have a feeling that there could be a few gems to be had in the not too distant future. Much depends on whether the pound goes completely down the plug hole. Of the still whites, special Val de Loire There could be very good Anjou from chateau properties - La chapelle etcetera, Chinon, Coteaux de L'Aubance and Quincy Cremant de Loire, Saumur Brut-Rose' and Demi-sec |

Yeah GK & Dunc, "sparkling wine" it is. Grapes are different too. Riesling, Chardonnay, Chenin blend. Will certainly buy again when on offer. |
