The huge number of hits are all down to me and goosegogs jr. I was testing web browsers, IE7 V Firefox' latest and goosegogs jr told me about a game they play in school called HITS where they see how many hits they can add to a post without the post actually opening. They do this by left clicking madly on the mouse.

The only website I read with hits is this one so I chose a post and we had a game. In IE I lost by 93 to 43 and in Firefox I lost by 351 to 167.

IE7 is crap.

We stopped playing but it's like one of those addictive arcade games and yesterday I had lots of goes at beating 351. I managed 343..bugger. I then realised that GK and Bacchus had noticed the hit count. Bacchus put up a new post and I couldn't resist winding them both up by adding a quick 500 hits.

I never meant for anyone to think it was a virus out to wreack havoc. I do apologise. It will not happen again.

And I have put myself in the doghouse as punishment.

Hmmn, A suspension is probably in order.

We'll have to delete Goosegogs pass card for a week, while the matter is fully investigated.

You will be contacted when you are permitted to come into this place :wink:

As a condition of your probation, you are required to report on JE 2008, otherwise the penalties will be severe !

Straight to bed, with no supper and only Blossom Hill for week. Would suggest a smacked bottom, but there'd no doubt be comments.
