My kinda bottle. A pleasant drop (as James May would say). Never seen it before this week and am pleasantly surprised. Middle of the Road and well priced. I'll get some more. |

G*d yes that WAS embarrasing, but things like this made the show (Floydesque peut-etre). Sam arrived today, and I am a little "in my cups" as I have to face the dentist au matin and I am clinically blenophobic. I have v.loud JSB cantatas in my 'phones and my 8000ml glass in place. Will get back to you. |

My tasting expertise is not of the finesse oft here displayed. Further, I had already finished off 1/3 bottle of PG and demolished a bottle of Stork's Tower Verd/Cha when I delved into this. The while losing a wedge at internet poker !! Somehow there is a Rue de Remarque on my s/sheet but only that it was definitely SB and to get some more. Back up to £6.64 now so will wait it out. |

B, something tells me you're not one to stick to the Gov's 21unit per week guideline. |

ha. fly the flag mate..... Out of interest, what is average weekly/daily consumption for the guys here ? Don't tend to get through more than 3 bottles a week at home if not entertaining (that of course doesn't include trips to the pub after work) |

If I was a man of leisure such as yourself I believe I'd find my consumption increase a generous amount (along with thee internet poker too !) For now your plea shall be upheld |

I probably consume a little more than I should at the weekend but I try not to drink in the week, usually have a break Mon~Thurs. Also, I drink much less now than I once did. My weakness is port, once I open that bottle..... |

Having accumulated a VAST amount of knowledge and data, I would advise Shezza et al, that an increased consumption is fine if it suits, and an increase in internet poker a rewarding hobby. However, the combination of the two results in severe thinning of the wallet. |

The last time I gambled*, Rag Trade won the Grand National and I spent the £1.80 winnings on a subscription to Whizzer & Chips, plus a sack full of sherbet fountains, drumsticks and gobstoppers. *Other than Lottery. |

It's not really "gambling" for me. There are very few that can win consistently. There are a vast range of game types and stakes, some are even free. Last night I ventured $0.10 and joined 359 others from all over the world. After 1hr 45m I came 2nd. and won $6. This was followed by a one-on-one $2.20 game which I lost in 6 mins. Keeps the brain ticking over and pops a little C19 H28 O2 now and then. |
