Made by Matt Thomson of Saint Clair who make wonderful classic blackcurrant leaf, gooseberry and capsium sauvignons. But this is very similar to Wither Hills. Passion fruit and a touch of heat I guess from a little oak although there is no mention of oak on the label. Good value if Wither Hills is your favourite style of sauv but not for me.. |
